Gisteren naar het Afrika museum in Groesbeek. Wat een inspiratie. Dus vandaag even helemaal los. In de tweedehands winkel vond ik onlangs een linosnede setje die nu goed van pas komt...
De zwart/ wit periode zet zich nog even voort ...

D.I.Y. Opleiding stitch art

In januari gestart op de Amsterdamse borduurschool . De eerste keer aan de slag met zwarte acrylverf     We stempelde lijnen en circels  met zwarte verf.  Het thema is Mark- making. De  punten en lijnen vertalen met zwarte garens, van allerlei soorten. Ik werk eigenlijk nooit alleen met zwart op wit. Maar wat een uitdaging... Wat heerlijk om op deze manier je grenzen te verleggen. Anders te kijken naar vorm en beeld. S' middags aan het borduren met een zelf gekozen stuk.
